Transfer of Ownership/Title

A title registration allows you to change ownership to a property, either by adding someone to the title of the property or removing parry/parties who no longer hold an interest in the property. JS Law works with you to ensure you are well-informed of the decision to change the title to the property and through searches verifies all existing owners and properly registers your new title.
